An out-of-state man is in deeper trouble with the law after the death of a bicyclist in Baton Rouge.
Police say that 20-year-old David Garcia of Austin, Texas is now facing a vehicular homicide charge after crashing into 71-year-old Ron Guell and his bike while driving drunk and the wrong way on South Sherwood Forest Boulevard on June 11th.
Guell died three days later, resulting in the elevated charge against Garcia.
