The head of the Democratic Party in Louisiana is calling for the secretary of state to resign. Senator Karen Carter Peterson says she believes Tom Schedler should step down after being accused of sexually harassing a former employee. In a lawsuit filed last week, the alleged victim claimed she was harassed by Schedler for more than a decade.
