Troopers Charged In Ronald Greene Case Plead Not Guilty

The five Louisiana state troopers charged in the death of Ronald Greene are pleading not guilty.

The troopers entered the pleas on Tuesday to charges ranging from malfeasance and obstruction of justice to negligent homicide for Greene's death in 2019.

Greene was reportedly beaten to death by troopers after a high-speed chase near Monroe, and they are accused of telling his mother he died in a car crash and hiding incriminating body camera footage.

They will appear in court again next month.
