Tropical Storm Cristobal made landfall over Louisiana Sunday afternoon.
The National Hurricane Center says the center of the storm made landfall over southeast Louisiana between the mouth of the Mississippi River and Grand Isle. Maximum winds were at 50 miles per hour.
