The East Feliciana Parish District Attorney is not yet seeking the death penalty against an alleged serial killer.
Sam D'Aquilla says he may still change his decision on the matter.
Ryan Sharpe of Clinton, is charged with murder in the deaths of three people and attempted murder for another. Sharpe has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
He'll be back in court April 16.
