An independent journalist posted the video of an arrest early Sunday morning that went viral.
The arrested “protester” asks the officer, “do you have a female officer present while you’re patting her down?”
The officer replied, “no, we don’t.”
It was then that another male cop jumped in to say “how do you know that I don’t identify as a female?”
