Hurricane Zeta made landfall Wednesday near Cocodrie as a category 2 storm with maximum sustained winds of 110 miles per hour with higher gusts.
Zeta is forecast to move over southeast Louisiana quickly during the next few hours, bringing the threat of tropical storm and hurricane force winds with higher gusts. There is also a concern for flooding from storm surge.
