Several colleges and universities are telling students to return to class today now that Barry is moving out of the area.
Louisiana State University is resuming activities today with all classes scheduled as normal.
In addition, Xavier University, Loyola University, and Southern University at New Orleans will also reopen their campuses and classrooms.
