A four-star quarterback from Woodlawn High School is keeping his college game close to home.
After de-committing from Purdue, Rickie Collins committed to LSU on Wednesday.
Collins is the first and so far the only quarterback in the Tigers' recruiting class of 2023.
His head coach at Woodlawn, Marcus Randall, was the Tigers' quarterback from 2001 through 2004.
