Construction is now underway on an expansion at the Baton Rouge Coca-Cola Bottling Company.
The groundbreaking ceremony was held on Thursday morning at the plant on Plank Road.
Company executives and Mayor Sharon Weston-Broome spoke at the event.
The $42 million expansion will add 120,000 square feet of warehouse space and create about 15 new jobs.
