Three more lawsuits are being filed in response to the deadly SEACOR Power lift vessel accident last April.

According to court documents released yesterday, the three lawsuits were filed on behalf of deceased crew member Dylan Daspit and survivors James Gracien and Bryan Mires.

Attorneys for the plaintiffs say they are upset with SEACOR's efforts to limit the damages victims and their families can recover in court.

The SEACOR Power capsized in the Gulf on April 13, with six of the 19 crew rescued, six found dead, and seven still missing.
