The East Baton Rouge Parish Registrar of Voters is hosting a Voter Registration event next week with extended office hours.
The event will begin September 21 and will end September 25.
According to reports, those who wish to register to vote in-person will have extended hours at its three offices from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the week.
Those who need to register for the first time, or make changes to their current registration, can also do so online.
The last day to register to vote in-person or by mail for the election is October 5, with the online registration closing on October 13.
