The second person wanted in connection a high-speed chase where two state troopers were injured is in custody.

Officials confirmed on Thursday that 18-year-old Nathan Anding was taken into custody Thursday afternoon on multiple charges, including hit and run, driving without a license, and possession of drugs with intent to sell.

Anding and 26-year-old Taylor Cox fled from a traffic stop in Hammond on Wednesday morning, which led to a high-speed pursuit with two LSP troopers being struck by a vehicle.
