Some grocery stores in the area are now offering special "seniors only" operating hours to allow those most at risk to shop while avoiding the crowds.
Walmart is offering special shopping hours for seniors from March 28th through April 28th, every Tuesday for customers 60 and up.
While places like Whole Foods on Corporate Boulevard, Hi Nabor Supermarkets, and The Fresh Market are implementing the new regulation immediately.
All of the participating stores will open one hour before its normal business hours for seniors to shop.
