Louisiana Native Cokie Roberts Dead At Age 75

One of the greatest women in broadcasting history is being remembered for her love and kindness.

The family of Cokie Roberts revealed she died today of complications from breast cancer at the age of 75.

The Emmy-winning journalist was diagnosed in 2002 and recently said she was having health issues again.

Her latest role was political commentator for ABC. The network's president calls her "a true pioneer for women in journalism."

Roberts wrote eight books and was named "Living Legend" by the Library of Congress in 2008.

She is survived by her husband, two children and six grandchildren.
