(Baton Rouge, LA) -- Police are confirming reports of a shooting inside a Baton Rouge Walmart today. The shooting took place around noon inside the store on Burbank Drive at Bluebonnet. Baton Rouge Police, the Sheriff's department and a helicopter all could be seen outside of the store. Authorities say this is not considered an active shooter situation. One person was taken to the hospital before EMS arrived on scene and is said to be in "fair" condition, but no other injuries have been reported at this time. It's not clear what the motive is or if the shooter has been taken into custody.
