An Orleans Parish Civil District Court judge is ruling in favor of New Orleans Saints fans in their lawsuit against the NFL for the controversial "no-call" in last year's NFC Championship game.
With today's judgment, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell could be required to provide a deposition, and the league will have to answer questions and provide documents in discovery.
Although the judge is siding with the fans, legal experts say they believe the NFL will come out on top and the case will end up being dismissed.
If the judge would have sided with the NFL, the lawsuit would have been squashed.
