A former sheriff's deputy in Baton Rouge is facing charges after allegedly forcing a woman to perform sex acts on an infant.

Officials say 33-year-old Shadrick Jones, formerly with the Iberville Parish Sheriff's Office, allegedly filmed the rape of the one-year-old child.

A 26-year-old woman named Iyehesa Todd says Jones forced her to perform the act on the infant in order to avoid being arrested for a traffic warrant. Todd also told investigators Jones said it was a "fantasy" of his to see the act performed on the infant.

Todd and Jones both remain behind bars on charges of rape, incest and child porn possession.

The child has been placed in custody of a family member.
