A second suspect is in custody for a deadly quadruple shooting in St. James Parish on Christmas Eve night.

U.S. Marshals helped track 21-year-old Jermain Lewis Jr. to Baton Rouge where he was arrested yesterday morning for second-degree murder, the same charge lodged against 24-year-old Tyquan Williams when he was arrested early last month.

The shooting happened outside a bar, leaving two young men dead, and another man and a teen wounded.
