A woman charged in the poisoning death of her boyfriend says she's not guilty of first-degree murder.

That was the plea entered yesterday by 51-year-old Mershell Hale of Slaughter. She's accused in the June 2015 killing of Damian Skipper who died from Barium poisoning.

No decision from prosecutors yet on whether they'll seek the death penalty if Hale is convicted as charged.
