Officials say a woman has been found dead on a Livingston Parish highway this morning. Kaycie Kidwell's body was found on the side of LA 447 south of I-12 in Denham Springs.
State Police are asking the public's help in finding the hit-and-run driver responsible. Troopers believe they are looking for a vehicle with red paint with possibly minor to moderate damages.
