The East Baton Rouge Parish district attorney says two of three teenagers arrested for the August 11th shooting death of a man outside a Baton Rouge restaurant will be tried as adults.

They are 15-year-old Gregory Howard and 16-year-old Tayon Jackson.  Both are charged with second-degree murder, as is an unidentified 13-year-old who will be prosecuted as a juvenile.

The trio was arrested following the apparent drug-related killing of 32-year-old Spencer Hebert in the parking lot of Atchafalaya Seafood on North Foster.
