Federal dollars will be pouring into Louisiana to offset the costs of transportation projects around the state.
Governor Edwards says the state is the recipient of $80 million, the additional funding allocated to Louisiana after the distribution of its full amount of federal funding for construction projects in the just ended 2017-2018 fiscal year.
The use of the additional funds will include Phase 2 of Pecue Lane construction in Baton Rouge and repaving of portions of I-12 and I-20.
