Alleged Serial Killer Says He Was Filling Hunting Tags

More is being learned about the mindset of accused serial killer Ryan Sharpe.

Documents filed by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office show Sharpe told authorities he shot four men to fill five hunting tags he said were given to him by state police and the federal government.

Sharpe said he killed a deer worth two tags before killing three men to fill the other three tags.

On Tuesday, a judge ruled Sharpe is not fit to stand trial, committing him to a mental health facility for now.
