Suspected Killer Takes Own Life In Gonzales

The man suspected in the Georgia killing of a Biloxi, Mississippi native is dead by his own hand here in Louisiana.

The Sun-Herald reports 43-year-old Patrick Nolan, who was being sought on murder and arson charges, was found dead Friday at a motel in Gonzales from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

He was accused of shooting Amber Marie Holliman in the head early last week in Sandy Springs, Georgia and then set their bedroom on fire.
