Republican state lawmakers aren't on board with pulling the trigger on tougher gun regulations in Louisiana.
Party-line votes in the House Administration of Criminal Justice Committee Tuesday killed four bills that proposed to ban "bump stocks" and tighten background checks.
The bevy of proposed laws followed the shooting that left 17 people dead at a Florida high school.
