(WBRZ News 2) Police are investigating a deadly shooting that took place early Monday morning.
Officers responded to the Shades Motel on Airline Highway around 1:15 a.m. At the scene the victim, identified as Darrel Berryman, was found with apparent gunshot injuries. He died at the scene.
Police say there are no suspects at this time.
The East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner says an autopsy on Berryman will be done tomorrow.
