Mother Believes Son's LSU Hazing Death Was Murder

The mother of an LSU student who died in September after consuming a huge amount of alcohol as part of a hazing ritual is speaking out.

Rae Ann Gruver told ABC's Good Morning America yesterday that she believes the death of Maxwell Gruver of Roswell, Georgia was murder.  Ten LSU students have been arrested in the case, one of them charged with negligent homicide.

An East Baton Rouge Parish grand jury began considering the case yesterday and will determine whether indictments should be handed up.
