A Baton Rouge man is facing the possibility of life in prison in the shooting death of an out-of-state trucker.
A grand jury indicted 18-year-old Landry Carter yesterday on a charge of second-degree murder. He's accused of robbing 49-year-old Keith Odom (pictured) of Jonesborough, Tennessee on August 8th and then killing him with a single gunshot to his midsection.
Odom had stopped to repair a tire on his 18-wheeler when Carter approached him.
