(Baton Rouge, LA) -- A couple of high-profile personal injury lawyers are taking their branding cases to court. Gordon McKernan and E. Eric Guirard have been unable to settle a lawsuit over each man's similar advertising slogans, and so a federal magistrate has scheduled a jury trial for the pair. McKernan filed suit earlier this year that alleges, among other things, that Guirard infringed on his trademarked ad slogan "G Guarantee" by utilizing the slogan "E Guarantee."
