Dozens of children nationwide, including an 18-month-old in Baton Rouge and a 17-year-old from Shreveport, are no longer under the control of child sex traffickers.

That's according to the FBI that says a recent edition of Operation Cross Country that ended Sunday led to the arrest of four suspected traffickers in Louisiana and a national total of 120.

FBI Director Christopher Wray says 84 minors were rescued, the youngest victim just three-months-old.
