A Baton Rouge woman is hospitalized in serious but stable condition after sheriff's deputies say her ex-boyfriend repeatedly stabbed her.
They say 21-year-old Daniel Castro showed up at the victim's home Tuesday night, argued about their relationship and then stabbed her nearly a dozen times.
The two have a child together.
Castro was arrested two hours after the assault and faces charges that include attempted second-degree murder.
