A Baton Rouge Family Dollar store is destroyed in a suspected case of arson.
The Baton Rouge Fire Department put out the inferno Thursday at the 3400 block of Florida Boulevard.
It took first responders nearly an hour to douse the blaze. No one was hurt.
Authorities said a man is suspected of intentionally setting merchandise ablaze. He's described as black and bald, and last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black and red striped shorts.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
