(WBRZ News 2) Two people are dead, another injured after a shooting early Monday morning.
Police and emergency officials were called to the 1900 block of Spanish Town Rd. around 1:30a.m. According to a Baton Rouge police spokesman, a total of three people were shot.
One victim, found in the middle of the street, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other deceased victim died at a local hospital. The third victim's condition is unknown at this time.
Police have not released a possible suspect or motive in the shooting. The identities of the victims have not been released.
