Survey Shows Louisianans Willing To Support Gas Tax

LSU's annual statewide survey has some interesting findings this year.  Among them, Louisianans are more likely to support a gasoline tax hike to pay for better roads and bridges than other revenue generating measures.  They also want to see more state money spent on education and health care.  Tomorrow Governor John Bel Edwards will lay out his budget agenda, with a 16-cents per gallon gas tax hike as one of the recommendations.
