A suspect is in custody for reportedly attacking his neighbor last month.
Baton Rouge police arrested 32-year-old Jaylan Winfrey on Monday for knocking a neighbor out cold a couple of days before Christmas.
Officers say Winfrey attacked the neighbor after the man had spoken to him about several recent disturbances in the area.
During the investigation, officers learned that Winfrey had reportedly been terrorizing other residents in the neighborhood.
Winfrey is charged with battery.
