There will be some new laws in Louisiana tomorrow.
Among them are House Bill 90, which increases the penalty for selling fentanyl, and House Bill 8, which requires every public school and college classroom in the state to display "In God We Trust."
In total, more than 100 bills passed during the Louisiana legislative session earlier this year will go effect.
