Two suspects are in custody for the fatal shooting of a 12-year-old girl on Saturday in Central.

East Baton Rouge Parish deputies arrested 26-year-old Ester Williams for one count of murder and three counts of attempted murder.

They picked up 36-year-old Patrick Johnson on charges of accessory after the fact.

Deputies say Williams fired a shot at a car on Forest Grove Avenue near Wax Road around 6:15 p.m. Saturday.

The shot killed 12-year-old Cedrica Lee, one of four people in the car.

Williams and Johnson reportedly fled the scene, and deputies later arrested them in a traffic stop.
