Another suspect is under indictment in the deadly rape case of 20-year-old LSU student Madison Brooks.

A grand jury on Wednesday indicted 18-year-old Casen Carver of Denham Springs on charges of first-degree rape and third-degree rape.

Investigators say Carver was driving the car on January 15th as three other men assaulted Brooks in the back seat.

After the suspects dropped her off, a car hit and killed Brooks in Baton Rouge.

Police have arrested the other three suspects, and one is also indicted for first-degree and third-degree rape.
