Baton Rouge police are trying to identify two women who stole thousands in merchandise from a convenience store.
Investigators say the theft happened at the Kangaroo Express on Scotland Avenue near Thomas Road early last Thursday morning.
The women reportedly made off with about $2,600 worth of items. Surveillance video shows one of them holding several cartons of cigarettes.
