A contest to name Baton Rouge's new pro hockey team is now over.
Pro hockey's return to town was announced last month.
The team will be part of the Federal Prospects Hockey League.
The naming contest continued through midnight last night.
Fans were encouraged to suggest ideas for the team's name. The winning selection will be announced in late May.
The winner will receive a team jersey and a pair of season tickets for the first season.
