Dozens of rescue dogs from Louisiana are all right after their plane crash-landed on a snowy golf course in Wisconsin.

The monthly flight took off from the New Orleans Lakefront Airport carrying 56 dogs from the shelter in St. Martin Parish.

It went down three miles from the airport in Waukesha, where the dogs were on their way to the Humane Animal Welfare Society.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.

The Waukesha shelter says lots of people called offering to cover costs and bring extra blankets, toys, and treats.
