Two former East Baton Rouge Parish deputies are accused of participating in a pay fraud scheme and skimming thousands of dollars.

The sheriff's office announced Monday that Michael Arthur, 27, and Andre Weber, 25, had both been arrested and fired.

Arthur was reportedly caught on security video clocking himself and Weber in and out for security shifts at a local business.

Both deputies were actually on the job with the sheriff's office at the time.

Arthur is accused of bilking the business out of more than $5,000 while Weber made off with less than $1,000.
