Officials are announcing that state offices in 38 parishes will be closed today because of severe weather from Tropical Depression Nicholas.
In East Baton Rouge Parish, the 19th Judicial District Court, the Baton Rouge City Court, and the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court will be closed today as well.
All city and parish buildings in East Baton Rouge Parish, including City Hall and all community centers, will be closed along with all branches of the parish library.
