Baton Rouge police say a teenager is under arrest for allegedly throwing rocks at vehicles on Interstate 110.
A 14-year-old is accused today of throwing a rock through a windshield and cutting a woman in the head which required stitches.
Another incident smashed the windshield of a man's truck but he was okay.
The teen is charged in three incidents with aggravated criminal damage to property.
