A Livingston Parish parent is suing the local school board and two alleged pedophiles over tainted food served to middle school students.
Court documents unsealed yesterday indicate there is video shot by Cynthia Perkins of her husband Dennis tainting the cakes with bodily fluids including semen.
The parent claims the Livingston Parish School Board was negligent for allowing Cynthia Perkins to serve the tainted food to her students.
The former Livingston Sheriff's deputy and Westside Junior High School teacher were indicted by a grand jury yesterday on a combined total of 150 child porn and rape charges.
