A former high ranking deputy and his wife are facing dozens of child porn and juvenile rape charges in Livingston Parish.
A grand jury indicted Dennis and Cynthia Perkins this morning.
Dennis Perkins, a former deputy with the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office was indicted on 78 felonies including rape involving a juvenile under 13 and 60 counts of child pornography.
Cynthia Perkins, indicted on 72 similar felonies, is a former teacher in the Livingston Parish school district.
