Officials say they have arrested a suspect in connection to the killing of an LSU Ph.D. student working at a gas station.
Antonio Watts of Port Allen was taken into custody yesterday for the murder of 29-year-old Md Firoz-Ul-Amin, an LSU student from Bangladesh.
Firoz-Ul-Amin was working at Mr. Lucky's Valero Gas Station in Baton Rouge last weekend when he was fatally shot during a robbery.
Police say Watts confessed to the murder and gave detectives details of the shooting not released to the public.
