Gruver Case Court Battle Continues Over Cellphone Password

Former LSU student Matthew Naquin and his defense team are appealing a judge's ruling mandating he turn over his cellphone password.

Naquin has been charged with negligent homicide in the death of Phi Delta Theta pledge Max Gruver.

The team has already appealed the decision about the January ruling, but the courts are still deciding if he'll be required to give it up.

District Attorney Hillar Moore says the FBI is still in possession of the phone and could possibly crack the code before any decisions are made.
