Accused serial killer Ryan Sharpe is back in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
He was returned there over the weekend from a state mental facility after doctors found him competent to stand trial and assist with his defense, though his lawyer, Tommy Damico, isn't buying it.
The 37-year-old Sharpe who is from Clinton earlier pleaded not guilty to the 2017 shooting deaths of three men in East Baton Rouge and East Feliciana parishes and the wounding of a fourth.
